We offer a 30-day return period. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@golfbug.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Please do not send products back without prior approval, as unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Where a product is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will arrange collection or replacement at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please request a return first. Once the return has been approved and processed, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.
